[Spridgets] Steering rack and horn grounding

Well, what do you know - I rebuilt my front end this spring, and here's
a surprise - I painted up the steering arms all nice and pretty. Frank,
you're awesome - thank you!

Thanks everyone for all your responses. I guess I know what I need to
do now... :-)

The rack is (was) mounted on paper gaskets at the clamps, add a rubber
collar where it bolts to the body under the dash
and all that is left is the tie rod ends which are floating in grease.
Now stick the inner column down the tube with a felt bushing on each
end.
If you painted everything up real nice, forget about a good ground.
The only true ground is where the inner column meets the pinion.
The horn push grounds on the column, not the outer tube.
The ground really should be at the tie rod ends to the steering arms.
Clean that point to bare metal.
