        i think i may have discovered something that most on the list
        already knew... seems like the harder i drive the red thing,
        the better it runs. .. i tend to drive the 1098 lump as if it
        were a high torque V-8; seldom going above 4 grand, let alone
        5, and most usually cruising it at around 3k to 3.5k .. if
        that... lately i've tried winding her up a bit more before
        shifting to around 4.5 and cruising at the 3.5k to 3.8k rpm.
        And the engine seems '''happier'''? ... or maybe its just me?
