[Spridgets] Can't get new engine to fire cont.

Ok, THAT is your problem!! When you are at TRUE TDC, both valves should be
CLOSED!!
TDC is when you are at the top of your compression stroke. Get it at TDC,
with the valves closed, then set your dizzy drive shaft, and you should have
better results.
