[Spridgets] To Title as 60 or 61?

That black plastic tag that might say "BMC 61", was nothing but retagging a
car that wasn't selling.  No one wanted to buy a one year old "New" car so
this was the fix.  I have a Morris Minor van that has that same tag, screwed
onto the end of the original tag on the firewall.
