[Spridgets] Bugeye Seat Frames

On a Bugeye driver seat the frame is bolted to the rails in 4 locations.  Do
the bolts go in from the top or up from the bottom?  The reason I ask is
that if I put the bolts in from the top the nuts interfere with the sliders
and if I put the bolts in from the bottom the nuts interfere with the seat
pan.  Anybody know how it is supposed to be?  Were there some special bolts
for the seat frames?
