Dude,

You have not seen anything until you watch the people in the Pac NW try to
drive in the snow.  They take it to new levels.  For example, last snow
storm I saw 3 cars in a ditch, all piled together door to door.  Add the
idiot trying to put chains on his Mercedes while parked in the fast lane,
and the fun begins.
