Hey there:  Been on the list for quite sometime and have posted
occasionally.  I am helping a friend put an o/d in his gt6+ which never had
an o/d before.  My questions are:  Which side of the steering column does
the long o/d switch go on?  I put it on the right side (same side as the
headlight dimmer switch) but it is right above the gearshift knob which
seems odd but that is where I saw one located on Utube web site.  We had to
do some modifications to the flooring on the side where the solenoid sits
and also the driveshaft tunnel along with having the driveshaft shortened
but so far so good.  My second question is: 

                Has anyone had any problems with the angle drive from Moss?
We put a new angle drive in  the transmission and started the engine and put
it in gear but the speedometer didn't work. I disconnected the cable and
spun it by hand and the speedometer moved.  I then removed the angle drive
and found that the small cable sheared off inside the angle drive and now
there is a piece of it stuck inside the gear drive on the transmission that
I will have to dig out. Did I have it in wrong or are they just garbage and
should I look for an original.  There is a guy on ebay selling rebuilt
originals.  Thanks for your time and enjoy this group discussions.
