John, have you ever been able to print from there internet with this compacted & printer?

Ttry printing to file from the internet just to see if your browser is able to interpret the file. 

Other things to try are to try another browser and/or user on the computer. If you have another computer, try printing from there. 

What OS does your computer use?

Try connecting your printer to the computer with a USB cable.

Will print perfectly from word…excel… anything from desktop
Will not print from internet
I’ve done the following
Powered everything including router off and back on in sequence
Pc finds printer on wifi … both pc and printer are on same  2.4 node/network
Reloaded software/firmware/reset printer to factory default and set up everything again
Router recognizes printer and pc….. no error messages or codes shown when trying to do internet print
Just a generic message that says “something went wrong when you tried to print…check your printer.
Printer will print self test internally and from pc
 
Spent two hours with Rahish and his family in the background trying all of the above again till he dumped me on the router provider (netgear orbi mesh)  Orbi warranty expired and they wanted 99 bucks to trouble shoot it….
 
I’m looking for solutions, experiences and even wild ass guesses at this point.
