[Shop-talk] header wrap

You need to put metal down over the holes first.  The fire in the exhaust 
will burn and degrade the wrap material if it's directly in contact.  The 
wrap depends on metal to take the brunt of the actual fire - then it'll 
further insulate the pipe.
