[Shop-talk] Floor Jack Repair

	One of the advantages of buying a good quality jack like a Craftsman is that you can get a seal kit. I’ve had a Japanese 1.5 ton Craftsman jack  for 40 years and has never needed repair.  .I’ve also got a 2.5 ton Harbor Freight aluminum jack and 3 ton HF steel jack. I’m pleased with the performance of both, but HF, last time I looked, did not offer any jack rebuild kits.
