[Shop-talk] Broken sprinkler line

Yup – just what I did when I ran over the sprinkle lines with a trencher while installing a new water main from the street to the house. It took longer to fix the sprinkler lines than to lay in the new water main, but not too long, using the slide couplers…

I wonder how about 4 inches was taken out of the side of this pipe, and what happened to the pieces?  They must have all been washed away with the leaking water, I guess.
