[Shop-talk] failed light fixture?

They can absolutely fail.  Much of these are cheaper imports and 
connections that heat and cool over and over again can fail over time.

I'm actually just working on a scuba tank lamp and the fixture the guy 
wanted me to use had this exact problem.

Good news, they are SUPER easy to fix!

Hey all, 

Is it possible for a fixture to fail? We have this four-bulb fixture over 
the mirror in one of the bathrooms. It no longer works. Bulbs are good and 
no breaker tripped.
