[Shop-talk] "helping hand" for soldering - recommendation?

Lee, the first one does a good job for me. The included light on the second one is a nice feature but the iron holder wouldn’t work for me, the iron would probably interfere with the work piece. FWIW, I do a lot of work with small electronics and wires.
