Not the answer you want but...

If there is no way to vent the excess heat, try reducing it.  Have a 
CRT, switch to LED LCD monitor.  Have two monitors, get a KVM 
(Keyboard/Video/Mouse) switch and eliminate a monitor.  Older PCs. 
switch to a newer efficient power supply.  Using harddrives, consider 
SSDs. etc.  I faced a similar situation and computer upgrades made a 
significant difference.
