[Shop-talk] Testing for moisture in a concrete floor

Thanks David.  I suspect that is going to be my best option, but I have emailed GarageFlooring to get their input, too.  I don’t have a humidity meter in the garage, but they are cheap enough and I suspect one is in my future.
