I'm not familiar with that - does it dry at all?

On the Volvo, which is the closest to an MB that I get, I used the
Volvo brake grease (made by ATE).  Sort of like gorilla snot, it stays
the consistency of pure silicone sealant for a long time.  Nice and
sticky and gooey.

Other than that, cleanliness...I used to fix squeaking brakes on
customer's cars (VW) by blasting them with the pressure washer.
