[Shop-talk] Squeaky brakes

Take a file and cut a small bevel on the leading edge of the friction
material on both sides.  Angle not critical at all, but roughly 30 degrees
to the rotor surface.

 

Or, in the past I've had good luck with these

But it appears they have been discontinued.  RockAuto said they had one set
in stock this morning.
