[Shop-talk] Parts for shop heater

The “Mr. Heater” model MH25NG natural gas heater in my shop appears to need a new gasket. The owner’s manual shows the part # is 12369 but it doesn’t appear to be for sale anywhere online. Is there a safe DIY replacement?
