OWWM.org  (Old Woodworking Machines dot Org) is a forum dedicated to old
wood and metal working machines and equipment.  General rules for
discussion are for machines that have been out of production for more
than 20 years and NOT produced in Asia.  Post drills come up for
discussion occasionally, and I have posted about my own Buffalo Forge
post drill which I restored about ten years ago.

Another resource is Vintage Machinery.  It is more of an information
data base, but there will be numerous entries for post drills. Champion
Forge and Buffalo Forge were major manufacturers.
