460's are pretty bulletproof. 

I'd go ahead & hook everything up & run a dose of light-duty radiator cleaner per instructions, then flush a couple fills & runs with plain water. 
After that it wouldn't hurt to run about a cup of low suds liquid laundry detergent w/water for about half an hot followed by 3 or 4 water water fills/runs with plain water. 

If you are really concerned about rust being deposited in the radiator, back flush it. 

Never heard of using CLR & wouldn't try it.
