[Shop-talk] Stubbornness and the impediments to troubleshooting

I think that is related to the reason I, and others, almost willfully disregard the answer in front of us. In having to explain it to someone else, we have to now confront our biases, and the solution becomes clear. I bet someone could make a lot of money on a book about this. :-)
