I agree with the others on amazon's CS. I bought a fuser for a printer at
work, installed it, and still couldn't get the printer to work. The "partner"
took it back and issued a full refund despite my having installed the part.
The partner even sent a call tag so I didn't have to pay to return the part.

give it a try.
