[Shop-talk] powder coating

I have not had this problem with purchased powder coating, but I also do 
my own with Eastwood equipment.  In joined pieces, I have had problems 
with residue at the seams, I expect from water, oil, paint remover, 
solvents, etc. causing bubbling or lifting.  Pre-heating helps.

The powder coating service I use also does the media blasting, so they 
seem to get it right.
