[Shop-talk] powder coating

The guy told me that they baked my wheels twice. After the second bake 
off and then the second powder coat he said they looked better but was 
still a little bit of bubbling and then still the pitted spot.

He said they are going to order a fresh box of that color to make sure 
it isn't the powder and then do hte process again. Hopefully third time 
will be a charm.
