[Shop-talk] Hydraulic Ram Kit

I just got a 4 ton hydraulic ram kit from Harbor Freight. Since this tool is made in China I am assuming that it is a copy of a tool made somewhere else most likely the US. I'd like to find the origianl manufacturer to get any documenation (user's amnual) that came with the tool because as you probably know the user manuals that come with HF are crap.
