And not necessarily fatal for a head shot.  Someone on the Sawmill Creek 
forum posted a reply with XRays of a number of guys that took a nail to 
the head with little or no long term damage.  Since they don't expand, 
yaw or tumble they do minimal damage.  I'm not going to volunteer for a 
Hitachi-lobotomy, though.
