Don't have the part number handy, but look at Lokar site and the one I
have is the one of those in the Eliminator Floor Mount Throttle Pedals.
There are lot to chose from once you get there.

I don't remember having any trouble getting the Lokar pedal installed.
It's been awhile and I am not at home this week, but I just followed the
directions and it worked fine. What problems are you having?
