The HIF-4 Carb(74 MGB) Has throttle shaft seals that wear and cause
uncertain starting. SU carb needles and jets wear over time and may cause a
rich condition, especially on choke starting. Periodic rebuilds are
necessary- or replacement. What carbs are on the 59 AC? Replacement
Webers are not as challanging as the SU constant velocity carbs.
