Checks are the only form acceptable since I do not believe in Paypal.
Payable to TIM S THRESH.

You have to calculate: one admission tix per person plus one corral ticket
per vehicle. Heh, all I want to do is help the club have fun and not lose
money myself.......
If I have your reservations by 5/24 then I call Infineon and we get all the
tickets and armbands etc so I can mail them by 5/31. that way you can drive
straight in and park in the corral to suit your schedule (any time before 5
pm when we do the laps!).

Hope this is clear to all. If not, keep the questions coming. Otherwise let
me know you are coming by 5/24 [ how many in your vehicle and how many
vehicles = total $]. Then mail me the appropriate check to arrive with me by

5/31. I will mail you the tickets that day so you have them by Thursday
latest.

Thanks Tim, So we should send $15 to you. What form of payment would you
like, check or PayPal?
I won't be able to caravan with you since I'm coming from Marin.

See amended and even better event details including our own British Car
Corral
and
drive around the track after racing-------- if you didn't hear how much fun
this was last time
don't miss this.

Note new total pricing so you can send me money. The deadline is unchanged
in
order that we know how many can come and can have the ticket distribution
organized. This is a fantastic deal and a great way for us b
shifter-headsb

to get together.

Hi guys,

Once more it is time for a day of historic car racing at Infineon. If you
are
interested to join a NOBBC paddock trackside and watch the racing, sample
the
food and wine in the hospitality tent, and stroll around the paddock area
talking cars with owners and drivers- this is for you!

Last year we had around 20 vehicles trackside and this year we have
negotiated a better spot around turn 3 (top of the hill) .

Once again I am prepared to stand for the tickets and distribute them. I
need
have your responses with irrevocable commitment to pay me even if you are
unable to make it due to circumstances.

The deal (only for Saturday) is:
1.. Track admission including Wine Country Pavilion with fine wines and
regional
cuisine which is a $35/ticket value for
$15/ticket/person (note this clarification) if we have at least 15
tickets in our block.
If we can get 25 tickets sold the cost comes down to $10/ticket.
Note: these must be purchased in advance to get the special price]

and for only $15 additional per vehicle for corral and laps.....
2.. Our British Cars Clubs corral near turn 3 (top of the hill where tents
were last year for NASCAR) and
3.. 3 laps paced tour of the track at the end of Saturdaybs event. [ This
will be done in 2 batches to relieve pressure on the caravan of vehicles
bunching]

Canbt beat that with a day of racing from 1920bs flyers to 1980bs
Formula One and stock-cars. If you wish you can also spend some extra and
have
a chauffeured drive in one of the historic race cars around the track in aid
of
charity.

Let me know your interest. I will need your full name, and mailing address.
We
may arrange a caravan in to the circuit or I may mail them to you.

I assume that anyone who comes on Saturday will join us for the corral and
laps.

Deadline for me to purchase is May 24- after that you can still come but the
price will go up!

Also note that anyone who wishes to go to the event on Sunday can also
purchase a b
clubs specialb
ticket for $35/person which is admission, and
use of the car corral area, but no laps. You can see why Saturday is such a
steal!

See you there.
Regards,
