[Nobbc] Ride schedule

Thanks Ron and further to my DMV post. El Cerrito DMV issued a maximum of
5 (1 day) dated non operational permits which is somewhat restrictive but
I will hope I will manage. Most common question at the DMV after several
minutes of looking at my records is... Is this a car?
