[Nobbc] Weather forecast improved for tomorrow

Any shop with a brake drum lathe can do this, no special "British" 
knowledge necessary...I think you can even have it done at Kragen! Last 
time I had some done it was 2 for $25 at a cheap repair shop near my home.
