Mike,

I was an AF mechanic as well, but I was in the first Gulf War. The first time
I noticed a Spitfire, I was stationed in EnglandB at RAF Mildenhall . One of
the officers hadB a white Spitfire and I instantly fell in love with the car.
When I returnedB stateside I purchased one for $800. So I have thatB Captain
to blame for all these years of owning British cars. Fortunately for us all,
they are still relatively inexpensive to drive and maintain.
