Hi Ron,
Greg here, answering for John. Sonoma Valley Bagel is where I've started 
a couple of runs before; it's located at 350 Rohnert Park Expressway 
West. That's west of 101, in a small strip mall located adjacent to a 
gas station. Good parking, coffee, food, restrooms.
