[Nobbc] Update on Tech Session

Every MGA I've driven including my own, had to be double clutched to get 
from 3rd to 2nd (except at very slow speeds)...nature of the beast. 
First can only be gotten when stopped. The shift from 2nd to 3rd should 
be smooth however.
