Going to add my Yes to the Petronix. Have had one in my 7s TR-6 for over
10 years now. Major difference. And no more point adjusting. AND...it
comes in at less than $100.

Electronic ignition was put in my TR6 soon after I got it.  HUGE
difference.
It fits inside the distributor like Ron states and the car runs great.
That plus the tune up/valve adjustment that Ron Larson did on the car
months ago.
Any TR6 owners out there that have replaced the rear level shocks with
spring and tube shocks.  Curious how you like it.

Norm, You might consider using the
Pertronix electronic ignition that
fits inside your original distributor. I use one on my car and would
never want to switch back. Aside from looking original, the car runs
smoother and better. I also switched to the Lucas Sport Coil and now
have no (well little) cold weather start problems.

to the Concours, I have entered a few and done surprisingly
(shockingly)
well. I still prefer getting in the car and DRIVING it;-) Maybe Nobbc
should have a Concous D' Unelegance someday and outlaw garage queens.
