[Morgans] Morgan rims

The 1969-70 VW bug had steel rims which will fit and look very much like the
wheels on 60's Morgans .  (Chuck Harris is currently using his Morgan Spare
on his VW).
 
I'm not sure that the Morgan hub cap will fit but I would think that that
could be fixed very easily
