[Mini] Bleeding masters

As I have had the brake pipe unions off the master cylinder (vertical type
no servo), what would be you thoughts on how to get the air out before I
start bleeding the brakes proper.

The setup is flexi hose (braided) off banjos on the master all the way to
each corner less rigid pipe from the rear seat panel to the flexi subframe
to rear slave cylinders.
