[Mini] Knuckle joint cups

I hit them with a small blowtorch.  They burn and shrink. Then you can just
pull the remains out with molegrips or pliers.

Clean out the seat thoroughly and add a thin smear of coppaslip before you
fit a new cup to make it easier next time.
