[Mini] Rocky Frisco's Luggage has been taken

I would hope, Brett, that his estate was settled a long time ago.

I don't know what the local ordinances are today in Tulsa, since I only
lived there in the mid 70s, but I do know that we have a local ordinance
here in Shreveport that allows Code Enforcement to have any vehicle
towed if it poses what they consider to be an eyesore to the
neighborhood.  Several years ago, they green-tagged a rust bucket Mini
that I had bought for parts and told me that I had one week to either
bring it up to operable condition or move it someplace where it was out
of sight.  Otherwise, they would tow it away and bill me for the towing
charge.  So I sold it to a college kid in Alabama who was looking for a
project car.  I kept all of the usable parts and pieces that came with
it and just sold him the shell, so I didn't really lose any money on the
deal.
