[Mini] Rocky Frisco's Luggage has been taken

If it was seized by the City for being an "inoperable vehicle," or some 
other drummed up charge, it was probably taken to an impound or storage 
yard -- maybe one shared with the County.  Here in Shreveport, if your 
vehicle is impounded by the City, you have a certain amount of time in 
which you can re-claim it by paying the towing charge and a daily 
storage fee.  If it's not re-claimed by the owner within that specified 
time frame it's either sold at auction or scrapped.

Since we don't know who currently "owns" the Luggage, if anybody, that 
could pose a very difficult situation to resolve.
