If it was seized by the City for being an "inoperable vehicle," or
some other drummed up charge, it was probably taken to an impound or
storage yard -- maybe one shared with the County. Here in
Shreveport, if your vehicle is impounded by the City, you have a
certain amount of time in which you can re-claim it by paying the
towing charge and a daily storage fee. If it's not re-claimed by
the owner within that specified time frame it's either sold at
auction or scrapped.<br>

Since we don't know who currently "owns" the Luggage, if anybody,
that could pose a very difficult situation to resolve.<br>
