[Mini] #9 MOT fail/advisory

[Dr John C Bullas]

Other than the relative pain in the backside that doing swivels is, it is
not so much of a
failure list for a car  that has been dry stored for 7 years and has driven
100 miles in 17 years
since a reshell.
