[Mini] 13 inch wheels

Hi All!
I have been away from my restoration of Jemima Puddleduck for a while (1275
clubman style)but this Christmas I was given a set of 13" Mini-lite style
alloy wheels. Now my mini is currently shod with 145 x 80 x 10. the new wheels
are 13 x 5.5 rims. My question is what tyres should I use on these 13" rims
and will I have to make any mods to the bodywork. Will I have to use spacers
and if so what thickness.

What will I need to do to recalibrate my speedo"
