All: IME pages are back up but navigation is PANTs as the headers and
footers of the page and the indexing are shot

I am working with the hosts EASILY.CO.UK for them to put
right what they have done

Webauthors: Easily.co.uk (the hosts of the IME) deleted the
CGI bin and .htaccess files without notice, killing all of the
site functionality
