You didn't say, but if it has been stored for several months without driving, stale fuel can do exactly that.  Solution is to dirve it until it is near emty, then refill, or drain it and refill with fresh fuel.

Timing looks ok, carbs in decent shape and recently tuned, relatively new spark plugs, etc.

Where should I look?
