This has been debunked so many times. Yes, fossil fuels are used in
the manufacture of wind turbines, but those same turbines "pay off"
that CO2 debt very quickly and go on to produce decades of clean
electricity.

If you live in any Pacific coast state, driving an EV results in less
total CO2 emissions.
