[Mgs] Spin on oil filter

I am looking for a good choice of spin on oil filter. I just replaced the o ring to the block. I had been using a purolator L10101.  I can not seem find it. I found a Purolator 10111. It looks the same but what would be the diffrence? Maybe someone could give me a better choice. This is an older aftermarket spin on adapter.
