[Mgs] exhaust stud

I suppose the problem is that it isn’t accessed often; hence nuts & threads get rusted. Brass nuts would be the way to go, since it isn’t a high torque situation. Although that doesn’t help if you need to extract the studs for some reason. But the most common reason to do that is because the threads are messed up.
