[Mgs] 1974 chrome bumper MGB ignition coil

Later model MGB have ballasted ignition with a 1.5 ohm coil and a 1.5 
ohm ballast resistor.  The third wire goes to the starter solenoid, 
so the starter can bypass the ballast resistor and switch full 
battery voltage onto the coil during crank starting.
