[Mgs] Vacuum Leak

Sounds like the front carb is set way too lean.  I would turn the jet 
down about half a turn and see what happens.  If that doesn't make a 
difference, I'd make sure that the feed from the float bowl to the jet 
isn't obstructed.  That happened to me once. :-(
